I started writing an allegorical book about leadership for CEO of CHIME, Russ Branzell, in the summer of 2016, when I started Ezerlynn Wordworks. This is a picture of where I started outlining the book using color coded sticky notes for chapters, main points, and commentary I wanted to make. I recorded all of my conversations with Russ, and supplemented my own ideas.

CHIME CMIO event
February 2017
My first article for CHIME not only went out to all of their members across the globe, but was published on their website! This article highlighted an upcoming event where CMIO's received position-specific training, attended seminars and learned decision making skills in lifelike scenarios. This article led many to the event, that not only changed their careers, but lives as well.
Blush Instagram page
Though I did not do this project for profit, I was very passionate about it. I was involved in leading a girls ministry, and in order to reach the girls, the adult leaders asked me to start and help curate an Instagram page. This is definitely something I can see myself doing in years to come for companies and organizations, getting information out in an interesting and accessible way. They say pictures are worth a thousand words, and I believe Instagram is a great way to convey lots of ideas.
Inside CHIME member profile
Inside CHIME is the newsletter that goes out to all of the members at CHIME. I wrote an article spotlighting one of the newest members, Anthony Williams, and his work in information technology in the urgent care sector. This was by far one of my favorite interviews and best articles. This piece was the reason CHIME has requested that I stay for the summer.
